What I Wore.. November 9th
Wardrobe essentials are key. Essential, even.
Everyone has them, and we all love them. They are our tried and true, our old faithfuls. Today, I decided to wear quite a few of mine, and feel comfy, cozy and cute.
Leather jacket- A classic staple piece. Everyone has one, and if you don't, get one. Really, though. It is my go-to year round. Cool night in the Summer? Grab your leather jacket. Crisp Autumn morning? Grab your leather jacket. Winter time? Perfect outer layer. Chilly Spring day? You guessed it! Grab your leather jacket. This definitely was an investment piece, and worth every penny.
Sweater- Chunky knits are my absolute favorite this time of year. Any time there's a chilly day, it's immediately what I go for. You can dress them up, you can dress them down. Perfect for work or for the weekend. It's like wearing a cozy hug or being curled up in a blanket, but still socially acceptable and still put together.
Pixie pant- I cannot tell you how many colors and prints I have owned in this specific style. They last quite well considering how many times they get washed, and how much they go through. They are my favorite cut and fit, AND I don't have to hem them! They are "cropped fit". You know what that means? It means Leah doesn't haven't to hem them! And life is good.
Sneakers- If you had told me I would be saying this 10 years ago, I would have laughed and said there's no way. But alas! Here we are! Sneakers have become one of my favorite shoe options over the last year. They're comfy, cute, and add a fun little pop to any look. So easy to style them with anything. Literally, anything. They are also the most comfortable shoe I own, hands down.
