Monthly Favorites | March 2019

Happy April! My most dread month has come and gone, and miraculously this March was pretty fantastic. It started off with an amazing weekend trip to Disney with my husband. I must say a weekend of sun with beautiful temperatures is the perfect cure for the Winter Blues. Now it really makes sense why so many people escape the gray Winter for a pick-me-up. And if that wasn't already amazing enough, we welcomed home little Hank on the 31st! Now on to the favorites portion and what I have been loving!!

Let's kick it off with my fashion favorites!

My absolute favorite accessory of all time is a good hat. A good black hat, no less. My two favorite hats for the past few months have been my Carhartt Beanie which is so incredibly cozy! And my other favorite? My wide-brim black hat. It is always the perfect period to the exclamation point and completes any look.

The other quintessential part to my style? Sunnies. This specific pair has gotten me excited for the warmer days ahead! I saw a very similar pair at Kate Spade when we were in Orlando. I fell right in love, just not with the price tag. Thankfully that is where Amazon comes in! These bad boys are my absolute favorite pair right now! Two other Orlando finds are my Thumper tote and my Kate Spade bangle, both of which I've been using every day since I got them.

On to the beauty picks of the past couple of months! Two items I discovered while on our trip through travel sizes are the First Aid Beauty moisturizer and the Sephora Collection Waterpoof eye make-up remover. I have never seen my skin react so well to a moisturizer. I had some breakouts while we were there and starting using this and BAM! My skin became clear and in amazing shape! The eye make-up remover is incredible, however my favorite trick for it? Taking off Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink liquid lipstick like magic! The last beauty favorite that is incredible?! ELF's Matte Blotting Mist. This stuff is amazing. It is the only spray that I have ever tried. It's the only one that keeps my typically oily skin matte, and it keeps it in place. I don't know how I lived without this in my life.

And those are a few of my favorite things...
Thanks for reading!!
