What I Wore | Clothing Care

I am definitely a major fan of clothing, that is no surprise. And while my wardrobe and style may put me in the "high-maintenance" category of things, I would classify myself as the lowest high-maintenance girl you will ever meet. I love all sorts of materials when it comes to clothing, cashmere, wool, cotton, etc. And I of course want to care for them the best that I can, but I want it to be as simple as possible. I'm not really one to hand-wash items, or have a weekly dry cleaning run. And have an iron? Not my style. I have been a dryer or steam from my shower kinda girl for years that had dreamt about a clothing steamer. Yeah, that's what I think about.

I have used steamers before, an industrial one and a large one for retail, and thought they were great. I just needed to take the plunge to get one for everyday, that could also work for travel. Lucky for me, PF79 reached out to me to try one out! It has been life-changing. I have been using it just about every day since I got it, it's so easy! Wrinkles on a t-shirt? Takes them out within seconds. A polyester skirt that wrinkles so darn easy? After 5 minutes it was crisp and smooth. It is small and compact which is great to pack when traveling, and perfect for home storage. You fill the little compartment with water, let it heat up for 30 seconds and then you're off to the races! It is seriously so fun to watch the fabric and material smooth out. Extremely satisfying. And yes, I do find that fun. It's the little things, right? This bad Larry is only $26.99 on Amazon! Such a steal. Just like my dust-buster (and yes, I got just as excited), I am in heaven and don't know why it took me so long to get one! So much easier than an iron. And if I'm honest, it makes me way less nervous.

Thanks for reading!!
