Favorites, Feelings and Thoughts

Whoa baby. February has come to a close, and it has been an absolutely amazing month!
The month kicked off with something HUGE. For some of you, it may not be anything crazy, but for me? It was one of the most incredible things to happen to me on my time on social media. On Saturday, February 1st I shared a song on my instastories. Which I do at least once during everyday, I recently got hooked on Spotify (more on that later!) and I have this incredible compilation of Motley songs. Naturally. Well, I shared that I was listening to Rattlesnake Shake and how it's on my dream list to hear live. The chances of that happening are slim to none, and I'm aware of that.. but a girl can dream. I tagged Motley Crue and Nikki Sixx, which isn't unheard of for me. Well! I got bloody mentioned in Motley Crue's instastory that day. Dude. I KNOW. Total pinch me moment!

Then! On the third of this month, Guns n Roses announced they're having a stadium tour. Again, that may mean didly squat to you. And what a sad life you lead if that's the case; just calling it like I see it. I most certainly could have gone before for the Not in This Lifetime tour, but I was hesitant. As I've talked about a lot before this year is just going for it and doing it. To stop being hesitant and just shoot for the moon. They were the first band that I had stumbled to on my own, no one suggested them to me and I fell in love as soon as I heard the opening guitar riff for Welcome to the Jungle. It still gets me every time I hear it. I was hesitant to see them because I didn't want to be let down... But at the beginning of January I had this dream I saw them play and it was INCREDIBLE. So, for them to announce a tour is super-duper exciting.
Now, on to the favorites!
I'm new to the Spotify band wagon. I've been on Pandora for ages, and always enjoyed it.. But Spotify? It's my new love. You can play just your liked songs, or have specific playlists. It's incredible!
Another thing I'm extremely behind on the band wagon for? Baker boy hats. Last year, and the year before, all the UK bloggers I follow were wearing them. It's not that I didn't like them, they just weren't my vibe; plus, it didn't quite work with my pixie cut. But now with a bob and my newfound interest in the 70s? Super into it. I had just one that I was wearing way more than I probably should have... So I purchased a second one! Absolutely loving them.

My other two fashion favorites were a part of my recent new-in items, and I'm wearing them non-stop. The green sweater from Walmart and the camo teddy coat from TJMaxx. Walmart is killing the sweater game lately, definitely keep an eye out on those! And this teddy coat was without a doubt the best $14 I've ever spent. I wear it as a coat and wear it every night when I come home from work. It's so soft and cozy while being lightweight. Absolutely perfect!

With this final item on my list I have had an on again, off again love affair with. The Urban Decay Naked Cherry palette. When I first purchased it, I enjoyed playing with it as you do with a new product. And then I just fell out of love.. Then picked it back up, had fun.. Then stopped. This time though? I've been using just about every single day since December. My go-to look is: Caution all over the lid, Ambitious in my crease and smoked out, Bang Bang in my inner corner and Drunk Dial used as a liner on my top lid. It's simple, easy and works great for me!
Totally random favorites? Cheers on Netlfix I'm binge-watching and I can't stop listening to New York Groove by Ace Frehley.

Thanks for reading!!
